Bersatu Security Services Sdn. Bhd. places great emphasis on training newly recruited security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to meet the highest standards and demands of the security industry. The company operates an in-house training unit in Putrajaya, dedicated to developing the skills of both security guards and officers. These aspects are covered in the training:
We also provide our security guards with Certified Security Guard (CSG) training, conducted by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM). This program instills discipline and equips our guards with essential self-defense skills. Upon successful completion, the guards are awarded a certificate and badge, signifying their status as certified professionals.
